Ambiente ocupacional e equilíbrio mental: estudo bibliométrico global

As recentes mudanças na organização laboral intensificaram as exigências psicológicas e ampliaram a exposição a riscos de natureza psicossocial, colocando o bem-estar psíquico como um dos principais desafios da atualidade. A investigação teve como foco a produção científica internacional acerca desses riscos e de sua relação com o bem-estar psicológico no contexto profissional, buscando identificar a evolução das publicações, os autores mais relevantes, os periódicos de elevado prestígio, as redes de colaboração estabelecidas e os principais eixos temáticos. O trabalho foi realizado por meio da base Web of Science (WoS), utilizando análise bibliométrica apoiada em planilhas eletrônicas, Zotero e VOSviewer. Os resultados apontaram para um crescimento expressivo das produções acadêmicas, com destaque para temas centrais como burnout e estresse ocupacional, além da liderança de instituições europeias e norte-americanas e da emergência de abordagens voltadas à prevenção e à sustentabilidade organizacional. Assim, foi constatado que o campo apresenta consolidação e expansão, exigindo articulação entre perspectivas críticas e práticas gerenciais para favorecer condições laborais que promovam saúde e bem-estar.
